Keep the Same Driver Between Stops
With an hourly reservation, you arrange a vehicle and driver for a set period rather than booking each journey separately. Your driver stays with you during the reserved hours, making it easier to move from one appointment to the next without starting a new booking each time.
This arrangement can be useful when a meeting runs longer than expected or you need to add another stop to your plans. Discuss changes with your driver, keeping in mind that adjustments depend on your booking window, availability, and any extra charges.
Before you confirm, ask about the minimum booking duration, hourly rate, and terms for extending your reservation. The minimum duration isn’t listed on the website, so these details need to be confirmed directly with Utah Private Ride.
Plan Transportation Around Your Day
An hourly booking can suit business travel, evening plans, or a day spent visiting several places. Instead of coordinating separate pickups, you can organise your destinations around the time you’ve reserved.
- Business appointments: Travel between offices, hotels, meeting venues, and other scheduled stops.
- Client visits: Arrange transportation while meeting clients at more than one location.
- Dinners and events: Plan travel to a business function, restaurant, or evening engagement.
- Sightseeing: Visit several attractions without arranging a new ride after each stop.
- Trips between Salt Lake City and Park City: Discuss an itinerary that includes destinations in both areas when requesting your quote.
For a schedule with several stops, hourly car service in Salt Lake City gives you the option to arrange transportation around your plans instead of booking individual journeys.
Choose a Vehicle for Your Party

What to Confirm Before You Book
An hourly reservation is built around the period you book. To avoid confusion on the day, discuss the arrangements for waiting, extra time, and itinerary changes before confirming your ride.
- Waiting between stops: Ask how waiting time is handled during your reserved hours.
- Multiple destinations: Share your intended stops so the schedule can be planned around the time booked.
- Changes during the day: Check whether adding destinations or extending the booking will affect the price.
- Phone support: Utah Private Ride lists 24-hour support. Call 801-330-2795 to discuss your arrangements.
Make sure you understand the agreed start and finish times, the charge for additional hours, and any conditions that may affect your itinerary.
